Digital media has allowed me to tell stories in a more in-depth way by taking what I may have written verbally and turning it into a visual for audiences to enjoy. Video is a great compliment to writing and involves developing a more diverse set of skills to produce them. Filming, lighting, editing and producing videos have improved my communication and journalism skills.
